Description

This recipe was shared with us by John Smith, the head chef of a popular American restaurant. Zucchini fritters or patties pair wonderfully with a creamy or tangy dairy side. In this recipe, Greek feta is mixed directly into the filling.

  • Courgette 0 lbs
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Onion 10 oz
  • Scallions 0 oz
  • Fresh Mint 0 oz
  • Dill 0 oz
  • Parsley 0 oz
  • Feta cheese 5 oz
  • Olive Oil 0 fl oz
  • Vegetable Oil ½ l
  • Chicken Egg 2 pieces

Grate the zucchini.

Chop the onion and herbs, then add them to the grated zucchini. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Add olive oil, eggs, and feta cheese to the mixture. Stir well, and if needed, add more salt and pepper.

Pour vegetable oil into the skillet and heat it. Shape round patties with wet hands and fry them in the hot vegetable oil.
