Greek-Style Potatoes

Ingredients

  • Salad Potatoes 20 oz
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Meyer Lemon Juice 0 fl oz
  • Dried Rosemary 1 teaspoon
  • Olive Oil 0 fl oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Peel the potatoes (preferably young) and cut them in half. Line a baking sheet with foil and place the potatoes on it.

Step 2

Prepare a mixture of olive oil, lemon juice, chopped garlic, and oregano, and pour it over the potatoes.

Step 3

Next, season the potatoes with salt and pepper, add water, and mix. Place in an oven preheated to 390°F (392 degrees Fahrenheit) for 45–60 minutes, remembering to stir occasionally.

Step 4

When the potatoes are golden brown and have absorbed the liquid, the Greek-style potatoes are ready. Garnish with parsley when serving.
