Ingredients

  • Lamb Neck Fillet 0 lbs
  • Olive Oil 3 spoons
  • Citrus Zest Mix 2 spoons
  • Dry White Wine 5 fl oz
  • Meyer Lemon Juice 4 spoons
  • Oregano 2 spoons
  • Garlic 5 cloves
  • Bay leaf 2 pieces
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Natural Yogurt 10 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the meat into small pieces and place it in a bowl. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, lemon juice and zest, wine, oregano, 3 minced garlic cloves, a bay leaf, and a pinch of black pepper. Mix well, cover, and refrigerate overnight.

Step 2

Pour the yogurt with the remaining minced garlic into a bowl, mix well, and let it sit for 30 minutes.

Step 3

Skewer the meat onto 8 skewers and grill, basting with the remaining oil, for about 7-8 minutes. Serve with yogurt.
