Ingredients
- Turbot 10 oz
- Spanish onions 2 heads
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Tomatoes 1 piece
- Lemon 1 piece
- Butter 2 spoons
- Olive Oil 3 spoons
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Serve the fish with boiled rice and eggplant or cucumbers, sautéed in butter with dill.
Step 2
Slice the onion into rings and sauté it in olive oil along with garlic that has been pressed.
Step 3
Season the fillet pieces with salt and pepper, place half of them in a greased baking dish, then add the sautéed onions with garlic, slices of tomato, and lemon on top, and cover with the remaining fillet. Dot with pieces of butter and bake at 390°F until cooked through.
