  • Sole fillets 20 oz
  • Onion 2 heads
  • Meyer Lemon Juice 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Marinated cherries 8 pieces
  • Salt to taste
  • Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Herbs 0 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Wash the fish fillet, pat dry, cut into small pieces, season with salt and pepper on all sides, and drizzle with lemon juice.

Step 2

Peel and slice the onion into rings, finely chop the garlic. Wash the tomatoes, cut them in half, and remove the stem end.

Step 3

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet and sauté the onion with garlic until golden. Place the fish pieces and tomatoes on top, season with salt and pepper, cover, and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.

Step 4

Transfer the finished dish to plates and garnish with fresh herbs. Fried potatoes can be served as a side dish.
