Ingredients

- Green Apples 1 piece
- Feta cheese 5 oz
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 0 oz
- Whole egg 1 piece
- Vegetable Oil to taste
- White Pepper (whole) to taste
- Salt to taste
- Sour Cream 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Salt the fish (hake, pollock, ice fish, pike perch) and coat it in flour. Lightly fry it. Cut into halves.
Step 2
Grate the peeled apple and feta cheese separately.
Step 3
Season the fried halves with pepper, then top with grated feta cheese, followed by the apple, and drizzle with mayonnaise.
Step 4
Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes. At the end of baking, brush with the yolk mixed with a tablespoon of sour cream.
