- Salad Potatoes 5 lbs
- Onion 1 piece
- Pitted olives 10 oz
- Garlic 3 heads
- Tomatoes 3 pieces
- Herbs to taste
- Dried Rosemary 1 teaspoon
- Olive Oil to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a large deep skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté the onion until it becomes translucent.
Step 2
Add the potatoes and stir, then add the garlic.
Step 3
Add the olives and simmer, stirring, for a few minutes.
Step 4
Add the tomatoes and oregano.
Step 5
Reduce the heat, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes, or until cooked through.
Step 6
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
