- Eggplants 3 pieces

- Egg white 2 pieces
- Cream 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Layer the prepared ground meat with tomato paste and thinly sliced eggplants, boiled for 3-4 minutes in water.
Step 2
Make a sauce from butter, flour, milk, and spices. Whisk the egg yolks with the cream and pour into the sauce. Mix well.
Step 3
Pour the sauce over the layered pie and bake at 355°F until golden brown.
