- Ground meat 20 oz
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Young zucchini 2 pieces
- Onion 1 piece
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Breadcrumbs 3 tablespoons
- Passata Tomato Sauce 2 tablespoons
- Basil to taste
- Fresh Mint to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Add grated zucchini, chopped onion, and garlic to the ground meat. Also add breadcrumbs, tomato paste, and eggs. Season with salt and spices, and mix well.
Step 2
Form small meatballs from the mixture.
Step 3
Place on a baking sheet lined with greased parchment paper.
Step 4
Put in a preheated oven.
Step 5
Bake for about 20–30 minutes.
