Ingredients
- Egg white 5 pieces
- Courgette 0 oz
- Feta cheese 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Cheshire Cheese 5 oz
- Yogurt powder 5 fl oz
- Parsley ½ stalk
- Olive Oil to taste
- Paprika to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Onion 1 head
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 355°F. Grease a baking tray with olive oil and line it with parchment paper.
Step 2
Heat a pan with olive oil, add finely chopped onion, zucchini cut into small cubes, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 20 minutes until soft.
Step 3
Mix the eggs with yogurt, add pepper and paprika, and flour. Stir well. Combine the zucchini with the batter and chopped parsley, pour into the baking dish. Bake for about an hour.
