Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 0 lbs
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Olive Oil 2 teaspoons
- Dried onion powder ½ teaspoon
- Paprika ½ teaspoon
- Turmeric ½ teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves ½ teaspoon
- Dill ½ bunch
- Meyer Lemon Juice 2 tablespoons
- Water ½ cup
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the potatoes, cut them into quarters, and place them in a baking dish.
Step 2
In a separate container, mix the oil, lemon juice, crush the garlic, add the dried garlic powder, and pour this mixture over the potatoes.
Step 3
Add all the remaining spices, pour in the water, and mix thoroughly.
Step 4
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for about 50 minutes (top and bottom mode), stirring every 10-15 minutes.
Step 5
Then bake for another 10 minutes in grill mode to achieve a golden crust, sprinkle with finely chopped dill, and mix well.
