Goulash with Vegetables
Ingredients
- Tomatoes 3 pieces
- Orange Bell Peppers 3 pieces
- Carrot 1 piece
- Passata Tomato Sauce 2 tablespoons
- Parsley to taste
- Vegetable Oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Onion 1 head
- Lamb Neck Fillet 20 oz
- Wheat Flour 1½ tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely chop the onion and carrot, sauté in oil. Add diced meat, sauté for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with flour, and mix.
Step 2
Add tomato paste to the goulash, mix. Pour in 3 cups of water and simmer on low heat for 1 hour.
Step 3
Chop the bell peppers and tomatoes, add to the goulash, and simmer for another 20 minutes. 10 minutes before it's done, chop the parsley.
