- Onion 5 oz
- Fat 0 oz
- Fresh Mushrooms 0 lbs
- Orange Bell Peppers 10 oz
- Wheat Flour 0 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Sour Cream 5 oz
- Parsley 0 oz
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the beef or veal into cubes and sauté with the onion in a pot with the fat. Then add water to the meat, cover with a lid, and simmer for about 30 minutes.
Step 2
Add the mushrooms and bell pepper, and simmer until cooked through.
Step 3
Thicken the finished goulash with flour sautéed in butter and bring to a boil. Remove from heat, stir in the sour cream, and sprinkle with chopped parsley or dill.
