- Goose fat ¼ piece
- Salad Potatoes 3 pieces
- Onion 1 head
- Carrot 1 piece
- Turnips 1 piece
- Fat 5 oz
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Chicken Broth 15 fl oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare all ingredients.
Step 2
Cut the goose into pieces.
Step 3
Fry in a pan with fat.
Step 4
Place the fried pieces into clay pots.
Step 5
Add raw potatoes, diced, grated carrot and turnip, lightly fried finely chopped onion in vegetable oil, salt, and pepper to the pots.
Step 6
Pour in the broth.
Step 7
Simmer in the oven until cooked.
