- Salad Potatoes 7 pieces
- Morels 5 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Chicken Broth 0 qt
- Sour Cream 5 oz
- Parsley 0 oz
- Dill 1 tablespoon
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the goose into portion-sized pieces and fry in butter.
Step 2
Place the bird in pots, season with salt and pepper, add diced potatoes and mushrooms, pour in the broth, and simmer in the oven until cooked. Add sour cream 10 minutes before the end of cooking.
