- Brown Sugar ¼ cup
- Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon
- Meyer Lemon Juice 2 tablespoons
- Dry White Wine 2 tablespoons
- Smoked haddock fillet 20 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a bowl, mix the softened butter, brown sugar, soy sauce, lemon juice, and dry white wine. Mix well and set aside some marinade for brushing the fish.
Step 2
Transfer the remaining marinade to a plastic bag. Place the fish in the bag and refrigerate for 1-2 hours, occasionally turning.
Step 3
Preheat the grill and place the fish on it. Grill, brushing with the reserved marinade on both sides, until cooked through.
