Ingredients
- White bread 5 oz
- Poultry 1 piece
- Milk ½ cup
- Breadcrumbs 2 tablespoons
- Butter 5 oz
- Salt to taste

Step 1
Gut and rinse the chicken.
Step 2
Separate the meat with skin from the bones and pass it through a meat grinder.
Step 3
Add the white bread soaked in milk or cream.
Step 4
Pass everything through the meat grinder again.
Step 5
Add the softened butter and thoroughly mix the filling.
Step 6
Form small cutlets from the resulting filling.
Step 7
Coat in breadcrumbs.
Step 8
Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown (4–5 minutes).
Step 9
After that, place the skillet with the cutlets in the oven for 5 minutes.
Step 10
Arrange the hot cutlets on a plate and drizzle with vegetable oil.
