Ingredients
- Miso Paste 3 tablespoons
- Orange juice concentrate 2 tablespoons
- Mirin 1 tablespoon
- Soy Sauce 1 teaspoon
- Brown Sugar 1 teaspoon
- Orange zest 1 teaspoon
- Halibut 4 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the grill in the oven.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix together the miso, orange juice, mirin, soy sauce, sugar, and grated orange zest.
Step 3
Place the halibut fillets on a baking sheet, skin side down. Brush the citrus glaze on top and place under the grill for about 3 minutes, until the fish is caramelized on top.
Step 4
Cover the baking sheet with foil and return to the oven for another 4 minutes until the fish is cooked through.
