- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 25 oz
- Chicken bones 20 oz
- White bread 5 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Milk 15 fl oz
- Breadcrumbs 10 oz
- Safflower Oil 0 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Separate the meat from the bones and pass it through a meat grinder along with the skin. Soak the bread in milk, squeeze it out, and pass it through the meat grinder. Grind the meat a second time. Add a bit of softened butter, salt, and pepper, and mix thoroughly.
Step 2
Form cutlets from the minced meat, coat them in breadcrumbs. Fry in sunflower oil on both sides. Place in the oven.
