Golden Fish Cutlets

Ingredients
- Sole fillets 20 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Carrot ½ piece
- Beans 1 piece
- Cream 5 fl oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Salt to taste
- Wheat Flour to taste
- Mashed Potatoes to taste
- Vegetable Oil to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak the bread in cream for 10 minutes.
Step 2
In a blender bowl, combine the fish fillet, egg, chopped carrot and onion, add the soaked bread and salt.
Step 3
Blend well until smooth.
Step 4
With wet hands, shape the cutlets, coat them in flour, and fry on both sides in vegetable oil until cooked through.
Step 5
For decoration, use a vegetable peeler to make a fish tail from the carrot, cut fins from bell pepper, create eyes from cheese and olives, and stars from cucumber.
Step 6
On a flat plate, place the mashed potatoes, the fish cutlet, and decorate as desired.
