Golden Chicken Nuggets with Sweet Potato Fries
Ingredients
- Sweet Potato 25 oz
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Ground Cumin ½ teaspoon
- Panko breadcrumbs 10 oz
- Chicken fillet 3 pieces
- Honey-Mustard Dressing 0.6 cup
Step-by-Step Guide

Preheat the oven to 390°F.
Step 2
Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into thin strips. Transfer to a bowl and add olive oil, salt, black pepper, and cumin. Mix well and spread in a single layer on a greased baking sheet.

Cut the chicken into small pieces, season with salt and pepper, and mix with honey mustard. Then coat each piece in breadcrumbs and place on the baking sheet.
Step 4
Place the baking sheet in the oven for about 20 minutes, occasionally turning the sweet potatoes and chicken.
Step 5
Increase the temperature to 445°F.
Step 6
Cook for another 5 minutes until the chicken is cooked through. Transfer the chicken to a plate and keep warm, while frying the sweet potatoes for another 10-15 minutes until done.
