If you are roasting a cut-up chicken, place the pieces skin-side up.

- Poultry 55 oz
- Soy Sauce 0 fl oz
- Vodka 0 fl oz
- Honey 1 teaspoon
- Red Long Chili Peppers 2 teaspoons
- Ground Black Pepper 1 teaspoon
- Salt 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the chicken, make cuts on the breast and thighs, and place it in a heatproof dish (deep baking tray).
Step 2
Blend the vodka, soy sauce, honey, pepper, and salt together.
Step 3
Pour the resulting mixture over the chicken, rubbing it in a bit.
Step 4
Place in the oven for 2 hours at a temperature of 170–355°F.
Step 5
You can periodically baste the chicken with the juices that form.
