- Gnocchi 20 oz
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp 10 oz
- Lemon 1 piece
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Butter 0 oz
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Dry White Wine 0 fl oz
- Parsley to taste
- Salt to taste
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the gnocchi in salted water.
Step 2
In a skillet, sauté the garlic in a mixture of butter and olive oil until golden.
Step 3
Add the shrimp and sauté until cooked (about 3–4 minutes).
Step 4
Pour in a little white wine (optional) and let it evaporate.
Step 5
Add lemon juice and zest, season with salt and pepper.
Step 6
Add the gnocchi to the shrimp, mix well.
Step 7
Serve. Optionally, serve with grated cheese and parsley.
