- Gnocchi 10 oz
- Sun-Dried Tomatoes in Oil 10 oz
- Onion ½ head
- Broccoli 1 piece
- Canned chickpeas 15 oz

Step 1
Prepare the gnocchi according to the package instructions. Drain, reserving ½ cup of the broth, and set aside.
Step 2
Heat the oil from the sun-dried tomatoes in a large pot over medium-high heat.
Step 3
Add the onion and cook for 5-7 minutes until it starts to brown.
Step 4
Increase the heat and add the broccoli. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the broccoli begins to soften. Add the tomatoes, cooked gnocchi, and chickpeas, and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Step 5
Pour in the reserved broth and season with salt and pepper to taste.
