Ingredients
- Zucchini 3 pieces
- Gluten-Free Flour 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grate the zucchini using a medium grater.
Step 2
Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix the mixture with a spoon until homogeneous. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Sift the flour.
Step 4
Add the flour to the zucchini. Mix everything until a uniform mixture is formed. It should resemble a liquid batter.
Step 5
Heat a pan with vegetable oil. Use a tablespoon to drop the pancakes. Cook on medium heat for 2–3 minutes until golden brown on each side.
