- Smoked haddock fillet 25 oz
- Garlic 1 clove
- Dijon Mustard 3 tablespoons
- Honey 2 tablespoons
- Apple Cider Vinegar ½ teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Ground Caraway ½ teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the grill and lightly brush it with vegetable oil.
Step 2
Pat the fish dry and rub it with 0.5 teaspoon of salt.
Step 3
In a mortar, crush the garlic with a pinch of salt, then add the mustard, honey, vinegar, caraway seeds, and 0.25 teaspoon of pepper. Spread the honey mixture over the fish and grill for 12-15 minutes until cooked through. Transfer to a plate and serve.
