  • Honey 5 oz
  • Fish Oil 2 tablespoons
  • Grated Ginger Root 2 teaspoons
  • Soy Sauce 4 tablespoons
  • Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Dried onion powder to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

In a saucepan, melt the honey, then add the ginger, soy sauce, squeeze in the garlic, bring to a boil, and let it rest for about 5 minutes.

Step 2

Wash the chicken wings, pat them dry, cut them at the joints, discarding the last joint. Fry in the wok with vegetable oil until golden brown.

Step 3

Pour in the contents of the saucepan, distributing it over all the wings, and add the fish sauce. Increase the heat in the wok to maximum and fry for 2 minutes on each side.

Step 4

Serve the wings garnished with green onions and sprinkled with dried garlic.
