Ingredients
- Rice Noodles 5 oz
- Eggplants 1 piece
- Tomatoes 4 pieces
- Carrot 1 piece
- Onion 1 head
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Mild Chili Spice 1 piece
- Soy Sauce ½ cup
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Toasted Cumin Seeds to taste
- Vegetable Oil to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel, wash, and julienne the vegetables.
Step 2
Sauté the vegetables in a saucepan with vegetable oil.
Step 3
Submerge the glass noodles in boiling water for 3–5 minutes. Drain.
Step 4
Add the glass noodles to the saucepan with the vegetables, add soy sauce, mix thoroughly, and let simmer for 2–3 minutes.
Step 5
When serving, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
