Ingredients
- Rice Noodles 5 oz
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 5 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles 10 oz
- Mustard Greens 3 tablespoons
- Honey 1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Soy Sauce to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken into small pieces. Sauté until half-cooked.
Step 2
Slice the mushrooms, add them to the chicken, and drizzle with soy sauce. Cook until the chicken is fully cooked.
Step 3
Pour boiling water over the glass noodles, add salt, and let sit for 10–15 minutes. Then drain the water.
Step 4
Mix the mustard and honey until smooth. The sauce is ready.
Step 5
Add the sauce to the noodles. Add the chicken with mushrooms.
