- Rice Noodles 5 oz
- Beef 5 oz
- Carrot 1 piece
- Onion 1 piece
- Courgette 1 piece
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Soy Sauce 3 tablespoons
- Rice Vinegar for Sushi 1 tablespoon
- Paprika to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Passata Tomato Sauce 1 teaspoon
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons

Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

Fry the beef in oil.
Step 3
Add the chopped onion and carrot.
Step 4
Pour boiling water over the glass noodles and let sit for 5 minutes.

Add the chopped bell pepper to the meat.
Step 6
Add soy sauce, vinegar, paprika, pepper, tomato paste, and salt. Simmer covered for 20 minutes.
Step 7
Drain the water from the glass noodles.
Step 8
Add the glass noodles and chopped cucumber to the meat.

Mix well.
