Step 1

Cut the meat into large pieces and chop the herbs.

Step 2

In a bowl, combine all the herbs, meat, lemon juice, honey, salt, and add pepper. Let it chill in the refrigerator for an hour.

Step 3

Add sour cream to the mixture, stir well, transfer to a baking sheet, and bake in the oven at 180ºC for 1 hour.
