- Mussels 15 oz
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Rosemary 1 teaspoon
- Rum 0 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Crush the garlic in a deep pot, previously heating a tablespoon of olive oil there.
Step 2
Sauté the garlic for 30–40 seconds, then add the mussels and cook on low heat for 1–2 minutes.
Step 3
Add the rosemary, then immediately add the rum.
Step 4
When the liquid has evaporated by 80% (after 3–4 minutes), season with pepper and salt, and remove from heat.
