Description
As an alternative, homemade meatballs can be prepared in the oven with a minimal amount of fat.
Ingredients
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Pork Mince 0 lbs
- White bread 10 oz
- Garlic 6 cloves
- Onion 5 oz
- Vegetable Oil to taste
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak the bread in warmed milk for ten minutes. Finely chop the onion.
Step 2
Place the minced meat in a bowl and mix it with the chopped onion and the softened bread from the milk. Add the egg and crushed garlic.
Step 3
Add ground pepper and salt to taste. Mix well. Shape into meatballs of any form.
Step 4
Fry the meatballs in a pan with vegetable oil over low heat until cooked through. At the end, increase the heat slightly to brown the meatballs.
