  • Salad Potatoes 0 lbs
  • Garlic 1 head
  • Butter 5 oz
  • Cream 5 fl oz
  • Nutmeg to taste
  • Parsley to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Wash the potatoes, peel them, and cut into large pieces. Place in a pot, cover with water, bring to a boil, and cook for 15–20 minutes until tender.

Step 2

Wrap a small head of garlic loosely in foil, place on a baking sheet, and bake in an oven preheated to 355°F (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for 30–40 minutes until soft.

Step 3

Drain the potatoes. Add the cream, butter, and freshly grated nutmeg, season to taste, and mash thoroughly. Cut the garlic in half horizontally and squeeze 3–4 cloves into the mash. Also add chopped parsley leaves, black pepper, and mix well.
