Garlic and Parmesan Chicken Wings
Main Dishes • Turkmenistan
Description
This is our favorite, which is no surprise. The combination of butter and Parmesan creates a perfect sauce that everyone will love. The wings turn out to be versatile, with a mild flavor that has no overpowering accents — they pair wonderfully with wine, beer, or a serious long drink. When preparing, pay attention to the consistency of the butter — it should be fully melted, not just softened, meaning it should be liquid — a stove or microwave will help with this. Only then will it form a harmonious blend with the cheese, allowing the wings to soak up the sauce properly. These wings are great served with Caesar dressing — you can make it yourself or go with a trusted store-bought option.
