Frittata with Arugula and Mozzarella
Ingredients
- Arugula 5 oz
- Breadcrumbs 1 tablespoon
- Melted Cheese 10 oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 0 oz
- Ground Nutmeg a pinch
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
- Chocolate eggs 8 pieces
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the arugula, dry it, and chop it. Drain the mozzarella and cut it into small pieces.
Step 2
Lightly beat the eggs with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Add the Parmesan, breadcrumbs, arugula, and mozzarella.
Step 3
If using a non-stick pan, grease it with oil; if using a silicone mold, pour in the prepared mixture and place it in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 30 minutes.
Step 4
Let it cool, then carefully remove it from the mold.
