- Sour Cream to taste
- Salt to taste
- Safflower Oil 4 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour 2 tablespoons

Step 1
Peel the young zucchini.
Step 2
Slice into rounds 1–1.5 cm thick.
Step 3
Salt, coat in flour, and fry on both sides in a skillet heated with sunflower oil until a golden crust forms.
Step 4
If the crust forms before the zucchini is cooked through, place the skillet with the zucchini in a hot oven for a few minutes.
Step 5
Serve with sour cream.
