Ingredients
- Courgette 1 piece
- Salt to taste
- Wheat Flour 2 tablespoons
- Mayonnaise 5 tablespoons
- Garlic 7 cloves
- Safflower Oil 4 tablespoons
- Parsley to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the zucchini and cut it into slices no thicker than one centimeter. If the seeds in the center are hard, remove them; if not, you can leave them.
Step 2
Salt each slice and coat it in flour. Place on a preheated skillet.
Step 3
Fry the zucchini on both sides over medium heat until golden brown.
Step 4
While the zucchini is frying, press the garlic through a garlic press, mix it with the mayonnaise, and stir the sauce well. Optionally, sprinkle with parsley.
