Main Dishes • European
Description
It should be noted that the broth is very tasty — we consume it after removing the fat.
Ingredients
- Ground coriander to taste
- Udder 0 lbs
- Turnips 2 pieces
- Onion 1 piece
- Celery salt 2 stalks
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Frozen green bean pods 10 oz
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Olive Oil to taste
- Mild Chili Spice to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the udder well, cover with cold water, bring to a boil, drain the first broth, and repeat this process once more.
Step 2
Place the udder in a pressure cooker pot (without closing the lid for now), cover with water again, bring to a boil, skim off any foam if necessary, add 2 large whole carrots, 2 stalks of celery, and a large onion, season with salt, and seal tightly with the lid.
Step 3
Cook for 2 hours until completely tender. Cool down.
Step 4
When serving, slice the udder into schnitzels and fry until golden brown in a well-heated skillet.
Step 5
Also sauté the boiled green beans well, mix with the sauce, and serve as a side dish.
Step 6
For the sauce, blend 2 tomatoes, garlic, cilantro, salt, olive oil, and half a chili pepper in a blender.
