Ingredients
- Fish 10 oz
- Clarified Butter 0 oz
- Lemon 0 oz
- Wheat Flour 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Parsley to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Select fish of equal size, clean, gut, rinse, salt, and pepper.
Step 2
Dredge in flour and fry in butter on both sides until golden brown.
Step 3
Serve the trout on a plate, garnished with sprigs of parsley and lemon slices. Lemon can be replaced with slices of pickles.
