Description

Try to choose trout weighing about 150 g each (if the fish is smaller, it has little meat; if larger, it does not cook well).

  • Trout 30 oz
  • Milk 10 fl oz
  • Wheat Flour 0 oz
  • Ocean salt to taste
  • Cotton Oil 15 fl oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Clean the fish by removing the scales, gut it, and dry it with a paper towel. Season the inside and outside with salt and let it sit for 10 minutes to absorb the salt.

Step 2

In a large skillet, heat the oil. Dip the fish first in the milk, then in the flour. Place two fish at a time into the hot oil and fry for 10 minutes. Allow excess fat to drain and keep the cooked fish warm while frying the rest. Serve immediately after cooking, garnished with lemon wedges.
