- Wheat Flour 1 tablespoon
- Onion 4 pieces
- Vegetable Oil ½ cup
- Radish 1 piece
- Orange Bell Peppers 2 pieces

- Tomato Puree 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Carefully clean the trout, gut it, coat it in flour, and fry it in vegetable oil.
Step 2
Cut the radish into strips, blanch it in boiling water, and fry it in vegetable oil along with the chopped onion.
Step 3
Add the bell pepper, cut into strips, and sauté it in tomato puree.
Step 4
Serve the cooked vegetables and roots as a side dish to the fish.
