- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Celery salt 10 oz
- Ginger 0 oz
- Garlic 1 clove
- Mild Chili Spice 1 piece
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grate the ginger and sauté it with finely chopped garlic and finely diced chili pepper in olive oil for 1–2 minutes.
Step 2
Pour two tablespoons of soy sauce over the diced tofu.
Step 3
Boil the sliced celery until tender.
Step 4
Slice the bell pepper into strips.
Step 5
Add the pepper, celery, and tofu to the pan with ginger, garlic, and chili, and cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring.
