
Fried Tilapia with Lemon Butter

You can substitute peanut oil with sunflower oil. And the amount of sauce can be reduced (proportionally).
Ingredients
- Tilapia 6 pieces
- Wheat Flour 3 tablespoons
- Peanut Butter 4 tablespoons
- Butter 4 tablespoons
- Parsley 0 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice 0 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Red Long Chili Peppers to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rub the tilapia fillet with salt and season with red pepper to taste.
Step 2
Coat in flour.
Step 3
Fry in peanut oil until cooked through (about 15–20 minutes).
Step 4
After frying, blot excess oil with a paper towel.
Step 5
Whip the butter together with the juice of one lemon and add finely chopped parsley.
Step 6
Drizzle the resulting sauce over the fish before serving.
