Fried tempeh and vegetables with buckwheat noodles
Ingredients
- Tempeh 0 oz
- Courgette ½ piece
- Onion ¼ head
- Garlic 1 clove
- Carrot ½ piece
- Green Peas 0 oz
- Rice Noodles 5 oz
- Olive Oil to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Heat a wok over medium heat, add a little olive oil, while bringing water to a boil in a pot with a pinch of salt.
Step 2
Place all diced vegetables and tempeh in the wok and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Meanwhile, add the noodles to the boiling water and cook according to the instructions. Drain the noodles, reserving a little water (which can be used to thin the sauce if necessary).
Step 4
Add the noodles to the wok with the vegetables and mix. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
Step 5
Serve in bowls.
