  • Onion 1 head
  • Wheat Flour 2 tablespoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Dip the prepared pieces of fish into milk mixed with salt and pepper, coat in flour, and fry.

Step 2

Separately fry the halved fresh or canned tomatoes in oil, seasoned with salt and pepper.

Step 3

Fry the peeled and sliced onion rings in oil until golden brown.

Step 4

When serving, place the fish on a warmed dish, put a mound of fried onions in the center of each piece, and arrange two halves of tomatoes on the sides.
