Fried Spicy Chicken
Ingredients
- Chili jam 3 tablespoons
- Butter 5 oz
- Maple syrup 3 tablespoons
- White Cabbage 5 oz
- Poultry 5 lbs
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place the chili paste, butter, maple syrup, and fried garlic into a blender and blend until smooth. Make small cuts in the chicken thighs with a sharp knife, then thoroughly rub the chicken inside and out with the resulting paste. Place in a dish, cover, and leave in the refrigerator overnight.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Step 3
Place the chicken breast side up in the oven for 30 minutes. Then pierce the thickest part of the chicken with a knife and check for doneness.
Step 4
Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes. Serve with a green salad.
