
Fried Scallops in Orange Sauce

Description
If the scallops are frozen, they need to be boiled for EXACTLY 40 minutes, and then follow the instructions.
Ingredients
- Scallops 3 pieces
- Oranges 2 pieces
- Vinegar essence 1 tablespoon
- Orange bitters 1 tablespoon
- Butter 0 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Make the sauce: take the oranges, cut them in half, and squeeze the juice by hand from both sides (if you don't have a juicer).
Step 2
Add vinegar and orange liqueur to the orange juice and mix everything thoroughly.
Step 3
Grease the frying pan with butter.
Step 4
Wash the scallops and grease them with butter so they don't stick to the pan.
Step 5
The most difficult part — wait a minute for the butter to heat up, place the scallops in the pan, and fry them for one minute on one side, then one minute on the other side (be careful not to overcook them — they will become rubbery).
Step 6
Place the scallops on a plate, drizzle with sauce, add pepper and salt to taste, and garnish with vegetables.
