Ingredients
- Yellow Cherry Tomatoes 1 piece
- Onion ½ head
- Garlic 1 clove
- Habanero Pepper 1 piece
- Cider 1 teaspoon
- Mild Chili Spice ½ teaspoon
- Ground Cumin ¼ teaspoon
- Salt ¼ teaspoon
- TABASCO® to taste
- Smoked haddock fillet 10 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 390°F.
Step 2
Cut the fish into 2 portions.
Step 3
In a food processor, combine the chopped tomato, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, chopped jalapeño, vinegar, chili pepper, cumin, salt, and a bit of Tabasco. Blend until finely chopped, but not pureed.
Step 4
Place the fish in a baking dish, top with salsa. Bake for 12–15 minutes until the fish is cooked through.
