
Fried Salmon with Herbes de Provence and White Wine

Ingredients
- Steaks 2 pieces
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon
- Meyer Lemon Juice 2 tablespoons
- Dry White Wine 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Herbes de Provence 2 teaspoons
- Lemon-Pepper Mix to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the steaks, pat dry, and rub with salt.
Step 2
Mix the wine, soy sauce, lemon juice, olive oil, and herbes de Provence.
Step 3
Coat the fish with the marinade and let it sit for about an hour, turning occasionally.
Step 4
Heat the olive oil and fry the fish for about 4 minutes on each side.
Step 5
Then pour the remaining marinade into the pan, heat it up, and turn off the heat.
Step 6
Serve with a side dish, drizzled with the sauce from the pan.
